Project Management services

We provides Project Management services for more than 30 years. We have executed a many of different industrial projects.

Our main industrial fields are Metalurgy, Mining, Cement, Lime and Material Recycling.

We provided to our clients "Experience, Expertise, Confidence".

We manage projects from any of its stage. However, it is usually from project begining, it means as the design execution, budged and time schedule preparation. That continues with management of the equipment and material deliveries on site including their FAT. Than followed by site management, commissioning and start up operations.

Currently we are busy with project of Recovered Carbon Black plant for RCB Nanotechnologies GmbH, D, located in Searajevo, BiH. It is an unique project of the end of life tyres recycling to transform "used tiresr" to high value product used for much more precious and valuable applications.

LIme Plant Bandia, SN

Lime plant facility built for Carmeuse Overseas in Bandia, Senegal. It was "green field" project affected by Corona virus pandemic situation as it was built from August 2019 to February 2022. The main challenge was to have equipment, material and workforce available on site.

Underground mine for Lithuanian Blue Marble, Kaunas, LT

The main work was to prepare Basic Engineering for the opening of the underground mine to excavate Lithuanian Blue Marble. Engineering works have been executed from June 2017 until May 2018. The marble is located 300 m below the ground. We have proposed access tunel to be build with Parcial Face Excavation Machine. The tunel construction is on hold due to missing financing.

Lime Plant Doboj, BiH

It was typical revamping project to bring existing lime plant located in Doboj, Bosna and Herzegovina affected by civil war in the begining of 90´. The lime kilns were converted from natural gas to solid fuel firing principle.

Coal Mill, Dětmarovice, CZ

Coal milling facility built for CARMEUSE Central Europe in Dětmarovice, Czech Republic. The milling facility uses pendullum mill and as inert atmosphere uses water steam for the coal milling system. The milling facility was built between November 2006 and March 2009 as "green field" project.

GCC Plant Mokrá, CZ

The millng plant for Ground Calcium Carbonate (GCC) was build in 2004 at location of Lime plant Mokra, Czech Republic. The pendullum mill is used to mill limestone to produce GCC. As source material is fine limestone not suitable for the lime production.
