As a consequence of enourmous experience from Project Management for the industrial projects we provide a HAZOP Analysis for the different industries. Our strenght comes from Metalurgical, Mining, Cement, Lime and Recycling Industries as we act there in more the last 30 years.
What HAZOP is?
HAZOP, or a Hazard and Operability Study, is a systematic way to identify possible hazards in a work process.
Why HAZOP Analysis are important?
Without an effective HAZOP analysis, potential hazards may not be discovered before they result in injuries and losses.
How do we perform HAZOP Analysis?
It is made in very close cooperation with the client. It happens in several steps. We can defined those steps as follows:
1. Forming HAZOP Team - which is build from experts from client and consultant side.
2. Identifying the elements of the sysstem - This typically involves using the piping and instrument diagrams (P&ID), or a plant model, as a guide for examining every section and component of a process.
3. Considering the variations in operating parameters - There for each parameter, the team considers the effects of deviation from normal.
4. Indetify any hazards or failure points - Evaluate the existing safeguards and protection systems, and evaluate their ability to handle the deviations that you’ve considered.
